The Long Island Bicycle Co-Op invites you to join our friends from the New York State Department of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for what is sure to be an informative and pleasant hike through the park.
Dorian Johnson, Public Health Fellow at SCDHS and ACE-certified Personal Trainer, will lead warmups & teach us how to use the park’s exercise stations. You’ll also learn about NYS Parks Department programs & conservation efforts. Experience the beauty of the park as Environmental Educator, Marc Mauritzen guides you through the trails and points out wildlife.
