The good folks at Northwell Health recognize a profound sense of responsibility to contribute in every way possible to the health and well-being of the communities they serve, not only through providing the best quality healthcare but also by employing sound environmental business practices and programs. That’s probably why they are thrilled to partner with the Long Island Bicycle Co-Op for this exciting event.

From April 14 through April 22 bicycle donations will be accepted various Northwell Health locations throughout Long Island. The bikes collected will then be turned over to the Long Island Bicycle Co-Op who will fix them up and then give them away freely in communities throughout the Island. How cool is that?
